Trees in Paris at Dawn

Trees are most resplendent at dawn when the sun has barely peeked above the horizon and gives the trees an ethereal aura.
Even the clouds join in on the show.

Commuters pass these trees daily with nary a glance in their direction.
Who could not notice such splendor?

Avenue Miromesnil is conspicuously devoid of my foliated friends, except for this fellow who lives on the roof of a building.
Pine trees hide in the parks along Champs Elysées, and when their needles rustle, they morph me back to my childhood at MawMaw’s house enveloped by the pines of Mississippi.

Oh, and they are even more welcoming in the rain!
