Baby Sister needed a Christmas stocking that went along with the Nutcracker theme of her mother’s decorations – and Granddaughter’s Sugar Plum Fairy stocking. I found the pattern of Clara holding her prized nutcracker on Etsy at the SundayStitichingCo.

Supplies: Aida cloth, embroidery needle, embroidery floss, lining, felt for back, ribbon – All the particular floss colors are listed on the pattern. I used fusible interfacing to line the back of the project then sewed it to white felt, turned and added a white ribbon for hanging. Voila!

I think Mama and Daddy need one, too, now. Don’t you?
